.300 Blackout vs. 5.56 NATO Disclaimer
While .300 AAC Blackout (also known as 300 BLK) and 5.56 NATO cartridges are designed for use in AR-style rifles, they are not interchangeable and must never be confused or cross-loaded. Firing a .300 Blackout round in a 5.56 NATO chamber can result in catastrophic failure, as the larger diameter of the .300 BLK bullet may not fit properly in the 5.56 barrel—leading to a barrel obstruction and potentially serious injury or damage.
Though both cartridges can be used with similar bolt carrier groups and magazines, it is critical that shooters take extreme care when switching between calibers, especially when using rifles with interchangeable uppers or multi-caliber setups.
Always verify the ammunition you are loading matches the markings on your barrel and upper receiver. Mixing up .300 Blackout and 5.56 NATO can lead to dangerous malfunctions, injury, or death. When in doubt, double-check.

Reliability is a must
I'm a metal magazine type. I've used polymer mags from other manufacturers, and they've all failed to function well. Feed lips flair out, causing misfeeds. The mags will swell making it difficult to extract from the magazine well. However, the MFT Extreme Duty Window Mag is not like the others. It's construction and design are very solid and retains it's shape. No flexing, drops easily from the mag well, and the follower is remarkable! The magazines from MFT have the quality and design that leads the pack. I'll be adding a few more to supplement my metal mags, but only those made by MFT. They build items one can count on to be reliable.

I'm comparing this magazine to my collection of Magpul windowed PMags (GenM3). The MFT mag feels a bit better in hand, a slightly better texture, while maintaining a very solid feel. The forwarder moves without any grittiness, loads and feeds perfectly. I'm saving a few dollars and getting a slightly better magazine with MFT in my opinion. Will be buying more.
